  • Books from the Reference Section and the Theses Collection, as well as newspapers and magazines are for room use only.
  • CIIT Students, Faculty and Staff must present their valid identification card before checking out books. Use of identification card(s) other than the user is not allowed.
  • CIIT Students, Faculty and Staff may renew their checked out books up to three (3) times. Unreturned books on the assigned due date will be charged Php 5.00 per book per day excluding holidays and weekends.
  • Board games may be borrowed by CIIT Students, Faculty and Staff starting 08:00 am and must be returned at exactly 07:00 pm.
  • All board games are strictly for room use only.
  • Any loss or damage to the board games will be dealt with accordingly.

2. The librarian will record the book borrowed and remind the student about the return date of the books.

3. Students may borrow a maximum of five (5) books at a time with a loan period of two weeks and renewable for another week if not in demand.

4. Faculty members are allowed to borrow ten (10) books and can return at the end of the semester.

5. Overdue fines is 5.00 php per day (excluding weekends and holidays).

6. In returning borrowed library materials, students should hand over the items and CIIT I.D. to the librarian on duty for the inspection of materials.

7. Students can only borrow and return books from Tuesday to Thursday onsite.

8. Students can pay their overdue books by filling up the Library Overdue form and pay it on the

9. Overdue fines that exceed 200 pesos and above can choose to donate new books rather than paying the penalty fines.

Take note of the shelving location and the call number of your desired book(s).

Proceed to the library and locate the book(s) using the shelving location and the call number.

After the material is checked-out, you will receive an email confirming the transaction. Return the book(s) on or before the due date.
